In fact, when we thought we’d found our house early on in our search, Chris realized there could be water issues and talked us out of buying the house when he could have said nothing and collected his fee and went on his way. That says a lot about the person he is. And we finally found an absolutely amazing house almost 2 years later. He was equally fantastic with helping us sell our house. He knew all the right people to work with when it came to plumbing and roof issues and he helped us get through the transition of closing on both the house we sold and the one we bought. Now that we’re through it all and on the other side, we realize even more how valuable Chris was in this process. My wife and I cannot recommend him enough."

He was very proactive in the buying process, getting in touch with seller agents to let them know of my interest in properties and find out more information. He was in constant contact with both me and the seller agent once we went under contract to ensure the information exchange was happening in a timely manner. He did an excellent job negotiating concessions and walking me through each stage of the process. He has continued to be an incredibly valuable resource even after close as I start to look at various updates and remodels. I would 100% work with Chris again if I look to purchase another property."
